What this site is and is not
This site provides general information about the procedures the Controller performs and lets you request a consultation. It does not provide remote medical services, does not issue diagnoses and does not replace a consultation.
Submitting a consultation request does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins when there is a consultation and the Controller accepts the case.
The consultation request
The information and photographs you submit are used for a preliminary review of your case. A remote review has limits: it does not allow examination, measurement or evaluation of tissue quality, so any guidance you receive that way is preliminary and may change during the consultation.
Firm cost estimates are not issued from photographs. The cost of a procedure is determined after the in-person consultation, based on what the case requires.
The consultation request assistant
The online consultation request offers an optional artificial intelligence assistant that helps you fill it in. It is informational: it does not provide diagnoses or medical advice and does not replace a consultation with the doctor.
Its answers may contain errors. The assistant only suggests: review an answer before using it, because what goes into your request is what you confirm and submit.
Any prices it shows are reference prices (“from”) and may change depending on your case. We give you the final price in your consultation.
Site content
The text, photographs, videos and trademarks on this site belong to the Controller or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Downloading, copying or redistributing patient photographs is prohibited. They are sensitive personal data belonging to third parties, and using them without authorization may carry legal consequences.
Promotions
Promotions announced on this site, on social media or by message run for a limited time and, where stated, for a limited number of spots. Each announcement states what the promotion offers, its dates and its specific conditions (for example, whether it is for new patients only or for certain procedures or locations); those conditions apply in addition to this section.
Each promotion applies only once per person. Current promotions add up: each consultation request receives every promotion it qualifies for under its conditions. For the per-person limit, the same email address or the same phone number counts as the same person.
The promotion applies to the online consultation request submitted while it is running, unless its announcement limits it to certain channels. If the promotion has already sold out or ended when you submit it, your request is still received and it is recorded that you asked for the promotion: the doctor may, at his discretion, make an exception.
Every promotion is subject to medical evaluation: the doctor determines whether the procedure is appropriate for your case. A promotion does not oblige anyone to undergo a procedure and does not guarantee any result.
Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. Fixed-amount discounts are stated in Mexican pesos (MXN) or US dollars (USD). Each discount applies to quotes in its own currency (pesos or dollars); it is never converted at an exchange rate.
The clinic may modify, pause or end a promotion at any time, without affecting consultation requests already submitted with it while it was running.
Referrals, coupons and the follow-us benefit
Referral code. Every patient has a personal code to refer the doctor. Whoever requests a consultation with that code receives one of the benefits of the current referral program, new patients only; this is confirmed when the doctor accepts the consultation. Referring yourself does not count.
Coupons for the person who refers. The person who refers earns one coupon for each referred person whose consultation the doctor accepts, with the program options in effect when it is granted; those options are honored even if the program changes later. The coupon is personal: it is used from “My Patient Card”, with a single-use pass, on your own consultation request. If someone else uses it, it does not apply and goes back to your coupon book. It expires on the date shown on your patient card.
DEV code. Whoever arrives with the DEV code receives the same program options, new patients only. With that code nobody earns a coupon.
Follow-us benefit. Whoever follows the doctor on the social networks listed on the benefit page gets a SIGUE code, one per browser. We cannot verify that someone follows an account: the benefit is granted in good faith and applies only once per patient, when the doctor accepts their consultation. Networks marked as optional give no benefit and no preference in care.
How many benefits per consultation. Each consultation request receives every current promotion it qualifies for, plus a single referral benefit (a patient’s code, the DEV code or your own coupon) and a single follow-us benefit.
Fixed-amount discounts are offered and applied in the currency of your consultation request (MXN or USD) and are never converted at an exchange rate. No benefit can be exchanged for cash, and all of them are subject to medical evaluation. The clinic may modify or pause the program without affecting coupons already granted.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available and the information accurate and current, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or causes beyond our control.
Content may be updated without prior notice. The version of these terms in force is the one published on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Mexican law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts at the Controller’s domicile.
